When I called for an appointment, I was stressed about my sick dog but Janessa was helpful and clear about how and when I could be helped. When I arrived, I was greeted and welcomed and seen without delay even though it was an urgent care visit without an appointment. When our dog, Sammy, was stung by a bee it was nearly closing time for the hospital but after an urgent call to the office the receptionists assured us the doctor would see Sammy as soon as we could get there. Sammy was immediately cared for and was taken home. We love the personal care the doctors give, the helpfulness of the staff (they even brought Sammy a bowl of water), and the kindness everyone at the hospital shows (always smiles from everyone). I brought my little dog into the ESAH on a Sunday 20 minutes after I called and within a half hour Dr. Davis had seen Ellie, checked out her nail that had been caught and pulled out and broken and told us she needed a mini-surgery to have it removed and cleaned. They did the procedure during the next hour and she was back home and much more comfortable within 2 more hours. Everything went perfect. It is a blessing that ESAH is available to us 7 days a week and is so caring and efficient. They called the next day to make sure she was doing ok! I will always continue to take my little family members to ESAH because I can always trust them with their care.

My dog needed an urgent appointment and they were able to squeeze us in before closing. I love the staff of ESAH. Everyone is very courteous and friendly. The doctors have great senses of humor, which I love. When talking about poop and vomit, you’ve gotta be able to laugh! Dr. Streiber made a fast diagnosis and got us on our way as quickly as possible. I had my 2 girls with me and it was the end of a long day, so I was happy to get the dog helped and kids home fast.

Ever since we got our dog from the rescue last year, I’ve been bringing her here for all her check-ups and health problems. The reason I chose this hospital over ones that were closer to my house was primarily based on user reviews from another website. My experiences here have all been very positive. Dr. Streiber and his staff are very caring and follow-up every visit with a phone call to check on my dog’s condition. And their rates are fair. The facility as a whole is very clean and modern yet still retains a warm feeling. I highly recommend this hospital.

From the first visit I knew that the crew here cared about my babies like they were their babies. I can’t say enough positive things about Stacy, Kari, Monica, Michelle, etc. and Dr. Streiber is the best. I was taking my babies to another vet and he had my Talula on all kinds of drugs IBS. Talking to Dr. Streiber about her symptoms, she so doesn’t have IBS and my baby Louie, well he is doing a 100 times better because he was diagnosed, whereas the other vet didn’t even care. If it were not for Dr. Streiber and his staff we would not have our little cat Isis. Isis was found in the bushes severely mangled by something. Our friend who found her took her to El Segundo Animal Hospital and Dr. Streiber literally put her back together. She would have died had he not performed surgery and kept her in the hospital for several weeks. He charged our friend who found her only the bare minimum because he and his group sincerely care about animals. When we found out about her we went to the hospital and met her for the first time. We fell in love and today she is a happy frisky cat. Of course, Dr. Streiber is her vet, for life. We would not dream of taking her any where else. Our experiences with El Segundo Animal Hospital have been the best. They are warm compassionate and take the time to listen and explain. Their first concern is about the well-being of their patients, the animals, and they don’t seem to be driven by dollars.

My dog had a medical emergency so I rushed her to ESAH. As soon as I walked in and announced the emergency, a handful of techs and the doctor came out to assist immediately and rushed my dog to the back. I don’t trust anyone else with my two girls. I even bring foster kittens here and pay out of pocket instead of having them treated at the shelter for which I’m fostering because of the care I know they’ll get. Dr. Streiber and his staff in my opinion run the most professional animal hospital in Southern California. I compete with my dog and have many hours and a ton of money invested in him. My dog is not only my athlete but also my best friend. My dog not only works hard, but plays hard and deserves the very best medical care available. Dr. Streiber exceeds in his profession. I’ve bought him a banged up warrior more than a few times and Dr. Streiber has always not only patched him back up, but provided advice on a prevention basis. I wouldn’t trust anybody else with my dogs health nor should you.

Dr. Streiber is very thorough and does not rush you through your appointments while tending to all my furbaby’s needs. I am trained in infection control and feel very comfortable putting my puppy down to play. The facility is always clean, smells fresh even though plenty of not so fresh smelling patients coming through. The staff genuinely take care of my furbaby and not because they are paid too. After all my searching this was the only facility that have great reviews and no patient mistreatment, misdiagnosis, or malpractice type issues. I work in health care so that is very important to me.

Everyone is great here. They take the best care of our cats (both 18 years old). Unfortunately, one of our cats took a turn for the worse and we had to put her down recently. This hospital handled this painful process with dignity and care. Shortly afterwards, we received flowers and a card for our tremendous loss. Honestly, there are not enough stars.

I sincerely value great medical care whether for myself or our pup. El Segundo Animal Hospital has ALWAYS delivered the greatest care and guidance for our English Bulldog. I know that when they advise in any aspect of her care it is how they would proceed if it was their own pet. That type of care usually involves a very high price tag, but not here. I have always been offered different financial options and money saving advice. They know my dog by name and are fair. I sincerely know that when I drop off my shaking bundle of nerves, she will relax in their care once I’m gone. I think I have the healthiest 11 year old English Bulldog in California and I know their TLC is a big part of that.
